Since its establishment, LYXQL is a well-deserved leader of domestic bearings. Since 2009, LYXQL has seized the development opportunity of the wind turbine industry, committed to the research and development and production of supporting bearings for wind turbines and renewable energy, and made a number of technological and technological breakthroughs in core components such as main shaft bearings, yaw bearings, pitch bearings, etc. LYXQL has successively developed 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 5.5 MW pitch and yaw bearings, becoming the main supplier of pitch and yaw bearings in China; LYXQL has conquered the key technology of the three-row roller spindle bearings of the 2, 2.5 and 3MW direct-drive wind turbines, and the manufacturing technology of the double-row tapered roller spindle bearings without soft belt, and the corresponding products have replaced the imported ones.
In terms of equipment matching, LYXQL has mastered the medium-frequency quenching technology without soft zone, introduced the advanced medium-frequency quenching equipment from Italy, designed high-speed and highly reliable slewing bearing without soft zone and other bearings that were originally carburized and quenched, so that the slewing bearing without soft zone can be applied to wind turbine spindle bearings, shield machine main bearings, large centrifugal casting machine bearings and steel rolling bearings of steel mills. LYXQL has completed the R&D and design of 2~5MW three-row cylindrical roller main bearing, 3~6.25MW non-soft belt double-row tapered roller main bearing and achieved mass production, and has completed the R&D and design of 3~7MW single-row tapered roller main bearing and achieved small batch production. In the future, LYXQL will research and develop 5.5~8MW semi-direct-drive double-row tapered roller spindle bearings and more than 8MW direct-drive double-bearing single-row tapered spindle bearings.
