Slewing bearings (also called slewing rings, slewing ring bearings, slew bearings, slew rings, slew ring bearings, swing bearings, turntable bearings) are machine elements that can simultaneously transmit axial and radial forces as well as tilting moments.
LYXQL can produce slewing bearings with outer diameter from 1500mm to 18000mm.
1. Three different gear types:
Three row roller slewing ring bearings can be also called triple row roller slewing bearings.
According to the teeth types, three row roller slewing rings include non-gear types, external gear types, and internal gear types.
2. Component parts:
The three row cylindrical roller combined swing bearings mainly consists of the components such as inner ring, outer ring, three rows of rollers, cage (spacing blocks), a seal device etc.
Outer rings and inner rings for triple row roller slew bearings have integral structure and split structure. The split structure is fastened by bolts, this facilitates for a more convenient adjustment process.
Outer rings and inner rings can be produced with chrome steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials under different working conditions.
Three row roller slew ring bearings’ rollers can be produced with chrome steel and stainless steel as per different working conditions.
Cages or spacers can be produced with different materials as per different working temperature.
For sealing device, material can be used Teflon under high-temperature condition and nitrile rubber for usual working condition.
3. Application:
Triple row roller slewing rings are suitable for most applications where a large axial load and tilting moment, or with a larger radial load, or with a low requirement for friction moment. Three row roller slewing ring bearings are widely used on heavy-duty machines which demand large working radius, such as bucket-wheel excavators, wheeled cranes, ship cranes, ladle turret, auto cranes etc.
