Large three-row Cross Roller Slewing Bearing for Deck Crane

Three-row cylindrical roller combined turntable bearing (slewing bearing) simultaneously bears axial load, overturning moment and radial load. Compared with the cross cylindrical roller turntable bearing, the load of each roller is reduced, and compared with the double-row ball turntable bearing with different diameters, the point contact is changed to the line contact, which reduces the contact stress. Therefore, its bearing capacity is higher under the same overall dimensions. The axial load and radial load of the structure are borne by different rollers, wherein the axial load and overturning moment are borne by two groups of rollers placed horizontally along the axis, and the radial load is borne by a group of rollers placed vertically along the axis.
The three-row cylindrical roller combined turntable bearing (slewing bearing) is mainly composed of inner ring, outer ring, three-row roller, cage (isolation block), sealing device and other parts.
1. The inner and outer rings are generally made of 42CrMo, 50Mn, 45 # steel and other materials. Generally, the quenching and tempering hardness of the inner ring and outer ring is between 170HB and 340HB. According to the service conditions, different quenching and tempering hardness ranges can be selected for the ring hardness. Generally, the quenching and tempering hardness of the ring is 229-269HB, and the quenching and tempering hardness of the wind turbine generator yaw pitch bearing ring is 270-320HB. The hardness of raceway quenching is generally 55-62HRC. The gear quenching hardness is generally 50 ± 5HRC, and the gear accuracy reaches grade 7 or above, so it is necessary to grind the gear.
2. The rolling element generally adopts GCr15 or GCr15SiMn bearing steel, and the material can be bar material or forged piece, which is mainly determined by the working condition and the size of the rolling element. The hardness of the rolling element is generally 58-62HRC, and the roller can select the rolling element with convexity grade 2.
3. The cage (isolation block) is generally made of nylon PA66, steel, brass, aluminum alloy and other materials.
4. The sealing materials are usually NBR and Viton, and it can be decided whether to install labyrinth ash baffle according to the needs.
5. For surface treatment, generally use lubricating oil to prevent rust. According to the use situation, the surface can be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. At present, the surface treatment methods for rotary table bearings include phosphating, zinc spraying and painting.
Three-row cylindrical roller turntable bearing (slewing ring) structural bearing is suitable for occasions with large axial load and overturning torque, large radial load and low friction torque requirements.
