Slewing bearings (also called slewing rings, slewing ring bearings, slew bearings, slew rings, slew ring bearings, swing bearings, turntable bearings) are machine elements that can simultaneously transmit axial and radial forces as well as tilting moments.
LYXQL can produce slewing bearings with outer diameter from 1500mm to 18000mm.
1. Flange bearing is a special slewing ring bearing, it can have one flange in the outer ring, or one flanged ring in the inner ring, even it can have one flange in both inner ring and outer ring
2. Structure
flanged turntable bearing has three different types:
slewing bearings with dual flanges (external flange and internal flange)
Slew bearings with outer flange and inner gear
slewing rings with outer gear and inner flange
3. Component parts:
Flanged slewing ring bearing with outer flange and inner gear has one flanged outer ring, one geared inner ring, and balls, spacers sealing.
Due to the light series, it is especially suitable for light-typed machines which require small working load. This kind of slew ring bearing is generally accompanied with installing/mounting holes, internal gear, lubricating holes and sealing devices, which enable mainframe structural compact in design, guide reliable, and easy to maintain.
