Slewing bearings (also called slewing rings, slewing ring bearings, slew bearings, slew rings, slew ring bearings, swing bearings, turntable bearings) are machine elements that can simultaneously transmit axial and radial forces as well as tilting moments.
LYXQL can produce slewing bearings with outer diameter from 1500mm to 18000mm.
1. Three different teeth types:
Single row ball slew bearings, are also called four point contact ball slew bearings, according to the teeth types, single row slewing rings include non-teeth types, external teeth types, and internal teeth types.
2. Component parts:
Four point contact ball slewing bearings with external teeth are consisting of outer ring, inner teeth ring, balls, cage (or spacers) and sealings.
Outer rings for four point contact ball swing bearings with internal teeth have integral structure and split structure. Outer rings and inner teeth rings can be produced with chrome steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials under different working conditions.
Single row ball turntable bearings’ balls can be produced with chrome steel and stainless steel as per different working conditions.
Usually, single row ball slew bearings are assembled with cages (or spacing blocks), but sometimes full ball types will be available to carry larger load capacity. This contact ball design slewing bearing is suitable for tilting moment and small frictional resistance applications.
Cages or spacers can be produced with different materials as per different working temperature.
For sealing device, material can be used Teflon under high-temperature condition and nitrile rubber for usual working condition.

Single row ball turntable bearings are widely used for slewing conveyers, welding arm and positioner, cranes, excavators, other engineering machines, wind turbines, engineering systems and tunnel boring machines.
