General introduction:
Three-row cylindrical roller turntable bearing (slewing bearing) simultaneously bears axial load, overturning moment and radial load. Compared with the cross cylindrical roller turntable bearing, the load of each roller is reduced, and compared with the double-row ball turntable bearing with different diameters, the point contact is changed to the line contact, which reduces the contact stress. Therefore, its bearing capacity is higher under the same overall dimensions. The axial load and radial load of the structure are borne by different rollers, wherein the axial load and overturning moment are borne by two groups of rollers placed horizontally along the axis, and the radial load is borne by a group of rollers placed vertically along the axis.

Storage of Three-Row Roller Slewing Bearing
1 Before use, slewing bearing is in the anti-rust period (within 12 months after the bearing leaves the factory). Do not open the package. If maintenance is required, the raceway, outer surface and tooth surface of the rotary table bearing shall be subject to anti-rust treatment.
2 Place horizontally on a dry and flat ground.
3 If the storage time of the rotary table bearing is longer than 12 months, it should be rust-proof again.
4 If multiple sets of rotary table bearings are stacked together, at least three uniformly distributed wooden cushion blocks shall be placed between each set of rotary table bearings in the circumferential direction, and the upper and lower cushion blocks shall be placed in the same position.
